Kent and I are parents! We are the very proud parents of 3 big jalapeño peppers, 3 huge zucchini, and 1 yellow crookneck squash!
As I mentioned earlier on the blog, we have started a garden. We weeded about 10 days ago, but when we visited the garden on Saturday, July 4th, our garden welcomed us with all of this ready to pick produce. I can't tell you how excited we both were!
We have been pleasantly surprised this summer to discover that we love gardening. It's a great activity to do together, and a great way to enjoy the wonderful summer evenings outdoors.
So, if you have any zucchini recipes, please send them my way! I’ve already got more zucchini than I know what to do with.

we love to make spaghetti sauce with zucchini and squash in it instead of meat, its real yummy you should try it.
